The Lloyd Wise group has merged with Marks & Clerk. The Lloyd Wise firm in Singapore continues to be called Lloyd Wise. The former Lloyd Wise representative office in Beijing is now the Beijing representative office of Marks & Clerk. Before the merger, Lloyd Wise and the Marks & Clerk group both had firms in Hong Kong, and both physical offices continue to exist, both trading under the name Marks & Clerk. Former clients of Lloyd Wise & Co and Lloyd Wise in Beijing should continue to use the same case references, street address, fax number, phone number and email addresses. However, they should now call these offices Marks & Clerk Hong Kong and Marks & Clerk China.
