STEP 1: Priority Date
File priority application

STEP 2: Within 6 months of Step 1 (if priority claimed)
File Singapore Design Application

STEP 3
Correspondence with examiner to meet outstanding requirements, if any

STEP 4
Design Registration Grant Certificate issues

STEP 5: 5 and 10 years from Step 2*
Pay renewal fee

STEP 6: 15 years from Step 2
Expiry
