The Lloyd Wise group has merged with Marks & Clerk. The Lloyd Wise firm in Singapore continues to be called Lloyd Wise. The former Lloyd Wise representative office in Beijing is now the Beijing representative office of Marks & Clerk. Before the merger, Lloyd Wise and the Marks & Clerk group both had firms in Hong Kong, and both physical offices continue to exist, both trading under the name Marks & Clerk. Whilst the presence of Chartered Patent Attorneys and European Patent Attorneys is important in bringing skills to Asia, we have also trained and continue to train local people in the arts of patents, designs and trade marks.
